Come support JR during the 100 lap race at Lernerville on friday night!

Friday, September 4th

JR went to Tri City and had a rather good run this past Friday. During the heat laps they were doing time trials and JR had the 3rd fastest time. For his heat he started on outside pole and after being caught up in a mishapon turn one he got a flat tire and had to come off, causing him to race in the B main. During the B main he started in 4th place, got up to 2nd, but after a bad restart he went back to 4th where he finished the race. This qualified him for the A main race where he started 24th. After a few laps JR made his way up to 8th place but after a few cautions in a row the tires cooled down and the car tightened up, and JR ended up finishing in 13th place.

Sunday, August 30th at Sportsmans

The first race of the evening was the make up feature that was rained out on 8/23. JR had a very good run starting 5th and ending in 2nd place. Most of the race he was running in 3rd place, then a caution came out, and during the caution the Lead car had something go wrong, and they had to come off, putting JR in 2nd. For the next 3 laps JR moved into the lead position untill the last lap when he was passed at the last moment and finished in 2nd.

While waiting for the heat race to start the guys made some modifications to the car to see if they could make somethign happen in the heat, Jr started the heat in second to last place and worked his way up to 3rd where he finished the heat.

After the heat the guys once again made some modifications to the car. Jr started the 2nd feature of the night in 10th place, and worked his way up to 6th where he stayed and finished the race.

    As you can see we are making some changes to the website to make it better for 66 fans. Everything that was on the previous site is still available but we are adding some new things for the up comming season. As new things happen to the Crew and the car we will try to keep you posted here, Keep checking back for more additions and updated news.
